If you would like to mail your order
please follow these simple steps.
- Place the desired items in your shopping basket
- Click on the "Checkout" link
- Log into your account or fill out your Account information
- Select a Shipping Option from the drop down list and print the page in Landscape View
- Add the shipping charges to the item(s) total and write the sum on the printed pages
- Mail the printed pages with a money order or check to:
