and claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. All Items
must be in it's original package and in resealable condition.
4. Customer
will be responsible for shipping charges to return unless we shipped a
damaged or incorrect item. Shipping charges for original delivery
are not refundable unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Please include
a note with your name, order number, and reason for returning the item,
so that we can process your return more smoothly.
6. Any orders returned by the shipping carrier due to "refused delivery"
or "not at home with several attempts to deliver" will be credited
the merchandise amount minus the shipping charges incurred.
